Why we photograph weddings

What are we constantly looking for when photographing a wedding?

The forces that truly matter: love, community, connection.

For us, weddings are both a celebration and a quiet act of rebellion. We are gifted brief time together in a universe that promises nothing, and yet we still choose to celebrate, to love (which is awesome, you little rebel!).

The bride and groom stand together in a leafy courtyard, framed by white walls and vines. She gazes up at him while he smiles, the scene lush and intimate.

The groom sits beside his grandmother in the back seat of a car, dressed for the wedding. She wears pearls and a patterned jacket, their presence quiet but full of meaning.
A tender close-up of the groom and his grandmother holding hands in the back of a car, her cane resting nearby, capturing a moment of quiet connection on the wedding day.

How we photograph weddings

We work with gentle guidance and good humour. Not to manufacture or flatten your moment — because life’s too brief for awkward poses.

We're here to pay attention. To really see you and your people, in all your fabulous, messy brilliance.
We place equal emphasis on the big moments, the candid in-betweens, the quiet romance, and the absurd joy of it all.

The result? A tapestry of images about you, not just of you. Photographs that hum with your spirit, that feel full of life, and grow more valuable with each revisit.

We work with full hearts, on both digital and analogue mediums.
